Tina Stuart

     

Founder and Principal Consultant

Tina Stuart brings over 30 years of healthcare management and consulting experience to Stuart Medical Consulting & Credentialing LLC, the company she founded in 2022. After decades of leading private medical practices, Tina launched her firm to help independent physicians build, stabilize, and grow their practices with confidence.

Tina specializes in strategic planning, workflow optimization, and practice analytics. She is known for turning complex challenges into actionable plans—whether launching a new practice, negotiating payer contracts, or restructuring operations for growth. Her consulting work spans diverse specialties, including orthopedics, urology, nephrology, dermatology, and ENT, and often involves creating policies and procedures, training staff, and integrating new technology such as electronic health record (EHR) systemsTina's Resume Consulting Update….

A natural mentor, Tina enjoys coaching new practice administrators and developing leadership teams. She collaborates closely with physicians and administrators to improve processes and increase provider productivity, while ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and HR regulations.

Her career includes extensive success in practice administration, credentialing, and revenue cycle management, along with hands-on experience in human resources, marketing, and ancillary service development. Tina’s ability to balance financial insight with patient-focused care has made her a trusted partner for practices seeking long-term independence and profitability.

  


Jorden Hale

 

Jorden joined Stuart Medical Consulting & Credentialing in 2024 and quickly became an essential part of the team. An alumna of Marietta College with a degree in Biology, she brings extensive laboratory management experience and a deep understanding of CLIA, COLA, and CAP standards. She has successfully overseen multiple lab inspections and is highly skilled in creating and updating policies and procedures for both laboratories and in-house pharmacies.

In addition to her laboratory expertise, Jorden manages credentialing for physician practices throughout Ohio and for clients across multiple states. Her ability to navigate complex payer requirements, licensing processes, and multi-jurisdictional regulations makes her an invaluable resource for practices expanding their reach or adding providers.

Known for her organization, precision, and clear communication, Jorden combines scientific expertise with advanced administrative skills. Whether she is guiding a practice through a lab accreditation survey, setting up pharmacy workflows, or coordinating out-of-state credentialing, she delivers dependable results and keeps every project moving forward.


Lori Reeder

 

With more than 30 years of experience as an independent primary care practice manager, Lori Reeder brings deep expertise in medical office operations and billing management. Over the course of her career she has guided physician groups through every stage of practice life—from day-to-day operations to complex financial and compliance challenges—earning a reputation as a trusted problem solver and mentor.


A recognized billing expert, Lori has provided business consulting to numerous small independent practices, helping them streamline revenue cycles, improve documentation, and navigate payer requirements with confidence. She has worked extensively with electronic health record systems, including eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Greenway, and has successfully implemented multiple EMR platforms from planning through go-live.


Lori is known for her steady leadership, practical solutions, and ability to train staff in both clinical and administrative workflows. Her commitment to efficiency and excellence helps practices remain independent and profitable while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care.


Karen Singleton

 
Karen Singleton is a results-driven healthcare administrator with more than 20 years of leadership experience in physician practice management and revenue cycle optimization. She has led all aspects of operations for multi-specialty groups, including strategic and financial planning, credentialing, utilization management, and human resources.


Karen has a strong track record of measurable impact, such as successfully managing a $5 million budget while improving patient satisfaction scores, increasing revenue capture by hundreds of thousands of dollars, and scaling hospital billing operations from $7 million to $22 million per month without additional staff.


Well-versed in EHR systems such as Meditech, Greenway/Vitera, NextGen, and others, Karen has guided numerous electronic health record implementations and integrations, combining technology expertise with process improvement to streamline workflows and enhance compliance. Her Six Sigma Green Belt and leadership in developing emerging healthcare leaders highlight her commitment to continuous improvement and organizational growth.


Tammy Johnson

 

Tammy Johnson brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and a strong background in healthcare administration to our team. She has spent several years working in independent medical practices, managing front desk operations and performing comprehensive billing functions.


Known for her excellent organizational skills and clear communication, Tammy ensures smooth patient scheduling, accurate billing, and prompt revenue cycle management. Her ability to balance front office responsibilities with the detailed demands of medical billing makes her an invaluable resource for independent practices seeking efficient, patient-focused operations.
